What I Wore: Bridge over Loving Waters

June 29, 2011 | by Fajr | What I Wore | 18 Comments

My uncle recently got married and imagine my surprise when the backdrop of his wedding had a lovely bridge, lake and fountain! Lola (my camera) and I took full advantage of the scenery and captured the beauty of such a loving day. I wore a tie-dye print dress I recently got a local festival and my sweet sunshine Aldos you saw in a Woman’s Right to Shoes.  I added a vintage wicker purse, gold jewelry and heart sunnies for a ladylike take on an ethnic outfit.

Sidenote: Weddings are such joyous occasions and truly make you appreciate the people and love you have in your life. I’m truly blessed to have amazing family and friends who support me wholeheartedly. I truly appreciate each and every one of them and would go to the ends of the earth for them.

If you have someone who truly cares for you, appreciate them. Life is short and each day is another day to show your love. Just thought I’d share :)
