The Life of Ms. Thought: New Edition

New job, new shoes, new apartment and a reNEWed spirit. I can say that my life of as late has been full of changes and I welcome these changes into my life.
New Position: Transitioning to a new position in my company has been a much needed change. Plus I’ll be doing something I’m passionate about… blogging and social media. Overseeing a network of sites has breathed new life into my daily work routine.
New Hairstyle: Remember my Hair Idol post about wanting BIG, BOLD Curls… well tada! I’ve got some major hair going on and I love it. It’s just in time for my Miami vacation and I feel a bit wild (wilder than normal). Have you ever gotten a new hairstyle and felt like a wilder, crazier version of yourself? I certainly do!
New Dwelling: So I’m moving to a beautiful historic Victorian apartment and am estatic about decorating and designing. I plan on living in Ikea (can we say budget!!!) for the next few months. And have been scouring design sites and blogs looking for inspiration. I would love to know you guys decorating stories or horror stories.
New Location: Miami Away– getting away if even for a few days does wonders for the spirit. Soaking up sun (with Sunscreen, can’t tell you how I burn!!!) and leaving the hustle and bustle for just a little while, makes you truly appreciate what you have at home. And going away with your best girlfriends makes it all the more fun. Debacherous times ahead for Ms. Thought!
New Shoes: There is nothing like new shoes to make you feel like you can topple the world (am I the only one who feels like that) I’ve been indulging (read: going overboard) with my shoe purchases lately and have gotten some killer shoes that will be making into WIW posts soon.

Congratulations on your new position. Wishing you much success!! I love decorating and putting things together. I’ve been scouring sites and visiting stores most recently for ideas to re-decorate. Have fun with it!!
