Ghostly clothes sweetened with polka dots and a hint of mystery: this was the atmosphere at the Rachel Antonoff presentation this past Thursday during NYFW. Guests were treated to the “Antonoff Manor”, where black cats reside, somber girls in polka dots slumber on four-poster beds and tombstones line the front yard. The devilish presentation was the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of ghoulish style.
Rachel Antonoff designs decidely feminine and quirky clothing; dresses ideal for Sunday bike rides in the park and has a delightful collaboration with Bass where she designed a line of saddle shoes, brogues and penny loafers. I just bought the Wendy Loafers and I simply adore them!
Her Spring/Summer collection featured loose-fitting dresses with mesh sweetheart necklines, matching polka dotted two-pieces and brogues with clear inserts that I am eerily dying to get my hands on. Maybe there is a tombstone with my name on it.

Very nice. I can see you in the dark polka dot dress.
Totally. I wanted every piece in there!
Indeed!
