There is nothing like a beautiful frock: Aline, sheath, ballgown oh my! Right now I am seriously suffering from a case of dress dreams; daydreaming of perfect frocks, 50′s style bodycon dresses and mid-length pin-up perfection.
One online store I have been a long time fan (and lurker) of is Stop Staring Clothing. Specializing in 40s and 50s pinup and rockabilly reproductions Stop Staring dresses are a retro loving girl’s dream. Here are a few of my frock fantasies.
I imagine wearing any one of these dresses with a perfect victory roll, blood stained red lips and nails, a pair of towering platorm pumps and a come hither look. A girl can dream 
I’ve been dreaming of wiggle dresses for the longest..it’s nice to know there’s a dress out there that can accentuate the lacking curves on me lol I like full skirt dresses (and skirts) for the same reason. These are soooo pretty! I haven’t been to my local flea market because I’ll probably go crazy and my baby sis is sucking up my free funds at the moment lol

How do you keep it from looking too costume-y? I’ve never tried vintage looks, but I think the dresses you posted above would look great on my curvy frame – especially that purple one. But how do you go out in that without looking like “hey look at me! I’m dressed like I’m in the 40′s”??
