A Girl Can Dream: Top of the Shops

So it’s not news that Topshop USA opened today and her fashjesty Kate Moss and Sir Philip Green cut the ribbon and let the hoards of customers in to shop til they literally drop. While I would have liked to attend the festivities, shopping in such large crowds makes my OCD go into overdrive.
Alas, The Cut, Fashionista and Missbehave have covered the opening and from what I’m reading, it’s FASHION HEAVEN! Floors and floors of amazing clothing, shoes and accessories. I’m breaking into hives just dreaming about it. While I wait for the hoopla to die down (will it ever?) and secretly stash some money away for a quickie trip to NY, I’ve been perusing topshop.com and making my must have list.

I’ve been obsessively following everyone’s Topshop tweets! I was in London a few years ago, and would spend at least an hour a day at the Oxford Street Topshop like it was an assignment or something. If the one in NY is even half as great, I’m there. Road trip!

That floral playsuit is beyond cute so I’ll totally go with you to Topshop. I’ve been dreaming of shopping in that store for years. Funny that it opens in NY the same year that I’m finally making the trip to London.
